Ratings and reviews

I've been using the app since its inception and it has gotten better with age. There was a few hiccups along the way but it seems like everything is "mostly" 🫡 working as well as it should and I can't ask for anything more than that. To the point... if you need to find anything, from appointments upcoming to attended, letters about your service and benefits, refill medications new and old, then this app will get you to a happy place. Travel pay, no paperwork? 🤪 Yes you can. Just get the APP!

After numerous updates, the experience is finally a solid one. However, improvements are still needed. VA appointments: I can check time, location, what to bring, and contact information, but it DOES NOT tell me what my appt is for (ie' DENTAL, OPTOMETRY). Many of us have numerous appts and can't keep up with what they are. if we're using your app, it should be a one stop shop with all information. Especially since the app is password protected or biometrics locked.

It is a good app and very easy to use. You can't do everything with the app. The main things one would do can be started or completed in the app. You can check benefits, print your rating letter, look up your monthly disability payments, and send and receive messages to your VA Healthcare providers. You can also look up lab results, radiology reports and I believe you can download them to send to outside providers. It gets updated regularly for safety and security. Overall, I am happy with it.

What’s new

We added mileage-only travel claims submission to the Health section.

- Submit simple mileage-only claims for past in-person VA appointments.
- View submitted travel claim status and history from your past appointment.
- No paperwork or waiting—just a few taps.

We also fixed an bug in secure messaging so that users will only see providers who are in their care system.
