Overall, my experiences with the Lyft app have been good. I think they fixed the fact that drivers could see the name of your Favorites on their app. However there is another big issue. You cannot end a ride once it has started in the app, the driver is the only one who can. I had a situation where a driver dropped me off then continued to drive around and around the block without ending the ride. I presume to get more money, leaving me unable to use the app to get another ride back home.

Easy to use app, competitive pricing, and options. The one issue is selecting an address. You need to look closely. Especially when multiple locations have the same address. This ended up taking us to a different location. And we ended up paying more. I brought this issue up to customer service. They said the app can sometimes be confusing. But were unable to credit me the extra charges. Even as a pink member.

I sign up for that 9.99 deal! I tried Lyft for a week, to home to work, from work to home. Four transactions fees after they said only one transaction at the end of the day. Keep in mind my banking system charges fees for each transaction. Each ride was a different price, so that cost me more. However, I did like the drivers and they were on time for each pick up. Cancelling!
