Faster funding claim is based on a comparison of our policy of making funds available upon our receipt of payment instruction with the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. If you have a Wisely Pay or Wisely Cash card (see back of your card), this feature requires an upgrade which may not be available to all cardholders.

Where do I start... First of all, the interface is not intuitive enough because I tried to create the account by adding the card. I though it was another way of creating it. That "Activate Wisely card" button is just confusing for first time users. Not only that, also everytime I went out of the app, I had to START AGAIN! From scratch. Finally, all that was for nothing because I got errors. Not user friendly errors, just errors. I'm a Full Stack Engineer, the first experience SHOULDNT be bad.

This has got to be the worst mobile banking app I've ever seen. This app is garbage. Good luck trying to get anything done with this app. Direct deposit, opting out of wisley. Good luck!! If you don't have a check book (which I haven't had in years) your not going anywhere. Log in, app is open in the background. better get your credentials ready, cause this app won't let you in via finger print. My wells Fargo app isn't like this, venmo, cash app, none of them are as "un-user" friendly as this.

ADP, INC. I have responded back to you via email multiple times with no solution in sight. Why ask me to send you an email with the info that you need & then not fix it? It's really very ridiculous that this app was supposed to be designed to allow us to be able to bank online, but now it just crashes or locks you out. I'd give 0 stars if I could, simply because of this issue. It's been months now since using the app. And your customer service ain't great either! No one knows how to do anything!
