This app was my favorite until it started to not be accepted by uber, and now I can't even deposit my check. It's been 6 days that I've tried depositing a check and the app tells me my session expired, or just closes completely when I try to submit pictures of my checks. Called customer service and there's no way to speak to an actual person, and they clearly don't care to fix the issues. I have been using bluebird for at LEAST ten years now. Terrible, terrible service.

No contact email, invalid phone number, etc. I can't access my bank account since moving and can't even get in contact with said bank, bonus points even if you get a hold of a human, they just hang up right after picking up the phone. Worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. American Express won't be getting any more of my money. I can't even close my account. 0 stars out of 5 Take this off of the app store

Seems as though the testing phase was skipped. This "app" is riddled with bugs. Issues with adding a debit card to add funds, verifying said card and trying to add funds from verified card to the bluebird account. Issues logging in, biometrics doesn't work. All I get is "oops this is awkward..." Sometimes I have to perform an action multiple times before it is successful, other times it's 100% fail with every attempt.
