This has to be the worst insurance app I have ever used. Blue Cross, Aetna and Manulife (Canada) ones were far superior. I have been on this for just over 1 month, and their servers have already been down 3 times. Claims take for ever to process, still waiting on 1 EOB 30 days later. The interface is overall clunky and outdated. A lot on in-app links lead to dead ends. Even received a marketing email from them with a broken link to the promo. Digital disaster.

create username and password very user friendly, easy to navigate. good explanation of all billing documents. And other medical needs. Would definitely recommend using this app.

GREAT APP TO HAVE, BUT I HAVE NO OPTION TO ADD MY PAYMENT METHOD SO THAT I CAN SUBMIT MY P A great app to have I was able to see all of my Doctor's through the app but I HAVE NO WAY OF ADDING A PAYMEN METHOD SO I CAN PAY the wonder persons who save my life
