Never had a problem UNTIL I started using the app and the easy pay. After one payment that didn't go through (I pay it off right away) my card was put on restricted without my knowledge so all my next payment attemps were returned. On top of that, they would add SO MANY FEES for something I wasn't aware or in control. I have reached out many times the last few months. Instead of helping fix the root of the problem I was just cheated out money. $50 monthly bill turned to $100 plus. I'm upset.

App is pointless. Anytime I have connection issues (which has been happening quite often lately) this silly app tells me there's no known issues. When I refresh because there is clearly an issue, it will repeatedly tell me they're "experiencing technical difficulties" and to try again later. It's zero help and a waste of space. Deleting now.

Terrible service all around. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Been waiting over an hour to be transferred (by a supervisor!) to a "Specialist team" for over an hour now...and that's after dealing with an agent for over 2 hours prior. Service/speed is inconsistent/unreliable, and Prices have more than doubled! I wish Cox wasn't my only Internet option. It's what allows them to get away with providing terrible service.
