The MVG Fahrinfo München app will be replaced by the new MVGO app on August 2, 2024. Tickets can only be purchased in MVG Fahrinfo München until June 30. We therefore recommend that you download MVGO now and transfer any existing tickets to MVGO. This offers all the important public transport features.

MVGO is the mobility app for Munich and the surrounding area that combines public transport and sharing services. It includes: cell phone tickets, connection search with direct start and destination entry, disruption reports, live departure times, bikes, e-scooters, car sharing, charging stations and much more.

I bought 2 tickets with time range of 8 hr and apparently the app was not able to charge my valid CC. Because of that I had to pay in 6!!! times more to initial amount. Basically when using this app you subscribe to pay for their issues. The lowest rate because of the worst user experience

This app has one function for me which is to show the Deutschlands ticket. And then when I'm controlled it just doesn't show it, full of bugs, keeps logging you out. So I had to waste time going in person and pay a small fee even though I had the ticket. Just very frustrating.

You have to keep updating the app to get the Deutschland Ticket. This is a serious problem if your ticket gets checked and you dont ha e any internet
