What's the point of having a prime membership when I can't order because of "high demand"? On top of that, the app changes locations by itself, and it logs out of my account. The drivers can't see my address through the app, so every time I order, they ask me to give them my house number. The good thing about Jahez is the low delivery charge compared to other apps. Plus, customer support is great.

Bad experience! I ordered my food from albaik, and the total bill was around 54 riyal. After an hour, the food arrived.. We paid the bill amount and noticed that the order was completely wrong. The total was 27 riyal, and it was already paid by someone. We contacted the rider, and he started to tell us silly things like it's the company fault and blah blah. Then we called the customer service, and they didn't even try to solve the problem, and the rider didn't come back, and my money got wasted.

Moreover, there have been occasions where drivers failed to follow instructions, likely due to a lack of proficiency in reading or speaking English. This raises concerns about the qualifications required for drivers.
