I have encountered several issues with the app's location services. Additionally, I have experienced consistently poor attitudes from drivers, including multiple instances of rude behavior. Moreover, there have been occasions where drivers failed to follow instructions, likely due to a lack of proficiency in reading or speaking English. This raises concerns about the qualifications required for drivers.

The payment option doesn't show the Knet option at first. You'd have to knowingly enter the wrong visa/Mastercard numbers to then click 'try again' or whatever it says, then the full page would show, and then you can select the Knet option. Weird bug. Please fix it. This app has always been a bug fiesta and it's reminding me of the days when i used to test apps and find bugs in them. Lol.

Great service, but app needs improvements Drivers always asking for house number because just pin on Google map isn't enough, and lately they've been asking for even the map location instead of using app. Please just let us put our address this is incredibly annoying and time wasting especially for those of us ordering almost daily. Saving credit card info also to not have to put every time we order.
