Calificaciones y opiniones

Tarifas demasiado elevadas hace casi un año para ir a 2 minutos de mi casa. $5.98 ir más de regreso totalizan $11.96 para ir un área cerca de mi casa. Es que cada día me decepcionó más de uber. Las tarifas no eran así de altas y ya llevan un tiempo así y no bajan. Esto es abusivo y yo vivo en un área donde viven personas de escasos recursos y donde tampoco hay transporte colectivo. Muy caroooo

Este mes me ha pasado dos veces que el destino que indique cambia en último momento. A pesar de haber verificado que la dirección sea correcta, tanto antes como en el momento preciso con el chófer, el uber me deja en otra calle! así que tengo que indicar la dirección de forma manual porque los chóferes no saben que hacer, más encima no fueron muy amables al indicarles que no era el destino que yo pedí. Ademas, por recorrer una distancia adicional me cobra más (error de la app al cambiar la ubi).

Es la única app que venía usando, pero cada vez siento que el servicio es peor. Largas esperas y conductores que toman el servicio cuando no terminan otro, uno calcula el tiempo de llegada a un lugar y te hacen demorar mas, o incluso te cancelan después de haber esperado tanto. Encima no hay forma de puntuar a estos si no llegas a tomar el servicio. De seguir así recomiendo usar otras apps, igual hay muchas opciones.
