初めて使いました。最初は支払い方法で戸惑いましたが、クレカの、切り替え方法など使っていくうちにやっと覚えた感じです。それでも使い勝手が良かったのと、配達員さんの丁寧さなど評価しやすくなっているので、以後も使いたいと思います。その後、あまりの使い勝手の良さに注文しまくってます。

クーポンが適用になるのかよくわからなかったから支払い画面を表示してみたら一瞬で注文になった。未注文があったから追加したくて、追加できますと出ているからできるのか？とgoogle検索で調べたら同じ注文に追加はできないらしい。 キャンセルできないのか？と検索したらボタンが表示されてたらできるとしかない。 キャンセルボタンない場合はカスタマーサポートにお電話くださいと書いてあるのに、電話したら「現在使われておりません」は？ふざけてる。 それでいじってたら「キャンセル」という項目があったのでクリックしたら、何やら表示されたけど指先が震えて1回押してしまい、そしたら4200円払った上で注文キャンセルされた。そんな重要なボタン、何で指の震えで押してしまう場所に出すのか？ 再注文というボタンまであり、これ、更にクリックしたらキャンセルの分は支払った上で再注文になるんだよね？ もはや詐欺レベル…。 操作性が酷すぎる、というか、わざと間違えを誘導している。 欧米製の商品、サービスは酷すぎるから利用しないようにしているのに、疲れとクーポンに釣られてしまった。 何でこんな詐欺アプリが許されているのか？

星を2つ減らします。デフォルトの支払いが勝手にLINEPAYになってます。いちいち選択したくないので、勝手に初期化しないでください。 アプリをリリースするときは最善の注意をしてください。特に支払いに関わるところは当然だと思います。 下記のＧＰＳの位置は改善されてますので、星を一つ増やします。 住所とGPSで地図に位置が表示されるが、それが微調整できないので、毎回配達する方が入り口を間違えるので可哀想。地図の位置を微調整させてほしい。 あとカートから注文すると押すと、ただの配達員の画像とまた注文するのボタンがいるの？もうワンアクションさせる意味がわからないし、注文したかどうか混乱する。わかりにくい。なので星3つにしました。改善されたら、星を変えます。
