Ratings and reviews

Only worked once. Says the problem is on their end but can't seem to be able to fix it. Reinstalled several times, always the same result. Update: Emailed support and provided more details as requested. No response after that. The app is still not working. UPDATE after a full policy cycle: still 1 star. App only works on weekdays during business hours; it does not work nights and weekends. The only reason I still have it is the discount, but the app itself is useless.

Drivewise is frustrating. It signs out constantly yet sends alerts that it's checking for trips hours after not moving. I've marked trips as a passenger multiple times, only for them to immediately revert to driver — especially a problem with the phone activity section. The time of day metric is dumb and arbitrary, and hopefully doesn't count against any discounts. Why would 4 or 5am be so much safer than 3am or even 2pm in terms of road conditions, visibility, fatigue and other drivers?
