I can't even start to use the app... when I try to take a picture of my license, it says "scan your license" and then when it sees the license it swaps to "adjust your license" and then doesn't do anything, no matter where I put the license. In the light, in the dark, flat, straight, diagonal, half-in the frame... nothing works. It seems like a great app, would like to be able to use it Edit - update fixed the issue and the rest of the experience went smoothly. Great app, easy to use 👍

I've spent hours and hours for several days to get the system to work on phone and computer. Nothing works. I get emails with links and then a message pops up saying something went wrong. And in regard to selfies they just don't work, I wait for ages and get told to put face in frame then the face is too fuzzy. I give up. And the telephone support staff have been no help at all, they refer everything to ANZ Plus so I am back where I started from. The system is really hopeless.

I can't get ANZ Plus app on my home screen. Tried several times and it doesn't appear. I went to ANZ Bank branch and staff there tried and could not get the app on my home screen too. Its very annoying to be stuffed around with ANZ Plus app unable to install on home screen. This app is NOT user friendly.
