app errors when I try to enable International roaming. I had to talk with multiple people on the phone before I could get a tech to turn it on. After the trip, I figured I could go through the app and turn it off. Nope. Errors. Same garbage when I log into my account through the web. I know they'll just leave a useless response to this review. Just fix your service so I don't have to spend an hour on the phone to do something that your app says I should be able to do. This app is the most user-UNfriendly app I've used. Login is impossible, I can't save the info to make it easier to login next time, there's no biometrics, and the app is only set up to take payments. I've been wanting to change wifi password, change the name of the network, etc., but can't. Can't see outage information, schedule service requests, upgrade service etc., app is EXTREMELY lacking in functionality--WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY LOGIN AND USE IT. It's been over a month. Fix the app!

The App seems ok, I can see a bit of what I can from the PC website. the data usage bar is nice,most things seem to be a available if you look for them. I see the majority of the negative reviews are from people who do not know what this app is for. it's only to view your account, balance and minimal things, it's not going to connect to your router, it won't do everything. it would be great if it supported biometric login but this is fine too. thanks for providing an app period.

What’s new

This release introduces the Self-Install Kit (SIK) flow, enabling customers to set up their modem independently through the app - no technician visit required. Also includes general improvements to the account management experience.
