I can't log into the app as it's always giving me trouble, paid for a gig and I consistently get around 30mbps, they swear that their speed tests show a gig but I got screen shots on multiple devices saying otherwise over the course of weeks. I do not recommend this company even as a customer for over a year. I canceled today. If you are a student, veteran, teacher or are receiving assistance they offer plans as low as 10USD but will do everything in their power to prevent you from getting it.

App Not Working for Weeks. I have called Astound tech support several times. I have updated app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I continue to get the same message. I need to pay my bill and since paying via the website charges a $1 fee, I prefer to pay through the app. Please fix the app STAT or remove the fee to pay bills through the website.

My last two statements cannot be opened. I can open all of them up until those last two, even today, but the last two always say error, cannot open, that the PDFs are corrupted or damaged. I updated the app, no change. I know it's something with the app because if I go onto their mobile website on the same smart phone I have zero issues downloading those two statements along with all the others. Bizarre and obnoxious.
