This app is the most user-UNfriendly app I've used. Login is impossible, I can't save the info to make it easier to login next time, there's no biometrics, and the app is only set up to take payments. I've been wanting to change wifi password, change the name of the network, etc., but can't. Can't see outage information, schedule service requests, upgrade service etc., app is EXTREMELY lacking in functionality--WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY LOGIN AND USE IT. It's been over a month. Fix the app!

As the app currently is, it only supports payments & basic profile editing and it is stable and minimal at that in my opinion. However I cannot say the same about functionality. The ability to edit router/modem configuration or view the TV boxes or other devices inside the app appears to be missing which is weird given this is the only app for Internet-related services the company offers for the average consumer.

Besides being able to view and pay your Astound bill, the My Astound app enables customers to check on the status of tech visits, update billing and contact information, enroll in paperless billing/autopay, play voicemail and check recent calls. Terrible! Booked appointment for installation weeks ago. They never called, never showed. All customer service numbers didn't lead to a real person. Got someone on chat. The techs said they called and couldn't get in. I work in the leasing office, and they never came and never called. Didn't offer any assistance via chat, they only offered to reschedule. Not how you make or keep customers. Did not reschedule, found another provider.
