This app is the most user-UNfriendly app I've used. Login is impossible, I can't save the info to make it easier to login next time, there's no biometrics, and the app is only set up to take payments. I've been wanting to change wifi password, change the name of the network, etc., but can't. Can't see outage information, schedule service requests, upgrade service etc., app is EXTREMELY lacking in functionality--WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY LOGIN AND USE IT. It's been over a month. Fix the app!
