Ratings and reviews

Half my channels don't show up in the guide. Programs I have recorded do not show up in the (alleged) list of saved programs. And of course I cannot program the DVR to record a program on a channel the app doesn't show. In other words, this app is a total and complete steaming pile of ... (use your imagination). Adding insult to injury, there is no way to just program the DVR from one's computer. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.

So, 6 years ago I rated it 1 star, and now I'm editing it, and wish I could lower to 0 stars. It just gets stuck on "authenticating" and never loads up. Literally everyone is ditching cable but for some reason I still subscribe. I thought AT&T was the beneficiary of some cool alien technology back in the 50s & 60s. Need to get a hold of the aliens and have them help you out with your coding or something. 2024 update - even worse. Can't even see what's playing on my local stations.

Previously marginal app is now useless. "Guide" does not show many of the channels (including local, and including my favorites). "Recordings" displays how many I have & what % of memory, but does not list or give access to them. "Add recording" does not provide access to unlisted channels. "Support" goes to a "502 Bad Gateway" web page. AT&T, please respond to comments & fix this!
