Transcripts are awful! Voicemails take a while to show up and when they do you still have too wait for the crappy transcripts to come through. Honestly the transcripts are so bad I don't imagine I'll be using them at all. At &t needs to either fix it, or just take off the feature entirely. It's like having a bucket with a giant hole in the bottom - pointless garbage.
Would not get vm notifications. Does not work at all for me.
How come that at&t missing basic elements in a simple app. We can't see a number of new voicemail like WhatsApp and alllllll the apps in the world. Very simple no??? Well after reading a lot of review u will find that there is widgets that show u number of new voicemail. So my question is why we have to waist our time to find a widget for simple and basic notification??? At&t world is going forward ..... FORWARD
Horrible user interface...for instance, there is no way to select and delete a group of old voice mails..this feature was in previous versions..what sort of idiots are writing these user interfaces?? Obviously they need to go work on autonomous cars!!
Not that good. So far 1 of 3 work with app. Hopefully, they will do an update so that all voicemail will work. Coming from an iPhone, this is very disappointing to deal with on an Android device.
Simply put, it's one of the "EASIEST" lightweight voicemail apps available, and it's free...without ads! Regardless of what so many other users complain about, the user interface is simple and basic. You can delete multiple VMs with a long-press, you can group VM's by call groups that YOU determine, oh... did I mention that this is an app that's supposed to be simple, lightweight, and basic? This means no fancy widgets, no overdose of options, it's just a simple app. The first time you set it up, you enter your PIN number *one time*, no more opening your phone app, long pressing "1", entering your pin, following the prompts just to listen to the newest messages.... you simply tap the icon to open the app, tap the message you want to listen to (which are sorted from newest to oldest, and show you the date & time the call was missed)... and BOOM! You're done! Why is that so confusing for so many? The ONLY problem I have with the app, is the volume, it's entirely too quiet! This app uses the same volume control/slider as the "phone", for speaker or ear piece, and it's about 1/2 the volume... regardless of (any) slider maxed out. This is why -1 star.
