Slow, clunky and bloated. It is barely an app—it just acts as a container for the AT&T website, which is terrible and adds to the complexity and slowness. And it doesn't adhere to modern Android conventions—no icon theming or dark mode for most of the app (because it's just the website). Which is such a shame.

These people still have not gotten rid of their 90s dial up internet servers, which explains why I almost never see my internet go above 30kbps when I run out of high speed data. The cherry on top? You can no longer force renew your plan since they now make you pay if you want to say, go from $30 to $45 monthly plan, then back to $30 plan. This is to upsell those high speed data add ons, which are no longer $10 for 5gb, but 1gb for the same price.

Worst experience transitioning from t-mobile to att. 1. I was told that my equipments qualify for a trade when it didn't. By the time I found out it was too late. ATT refused to help. NEVER BELIEVE THE PEOPLE AT THE BJ'S STORE. 2. Customer service is never willing to help. 3. Bottom line - I am paying 3 times more than what I was paying t-mobile, just because I made a bad judgment. I intend to return to t-mobile even if I have to take 3 to 4 years paying off the equipment. I WILL RETURN TO T-MOB
