Telstra, clearly from the amount of reviews with customers not being about to log in due to the app continually closing and people not being able to reinstall it there is obviously an issue with the app. This is the only way I access my account and pay the bill so until the app is fixed I can't pay. I guess I will hear from you when my account hasn't been paid.

cant pay manually to correct acc. as they have updated billing systems. when attempting via their info, app not showing same options they tell me I should see & manual payments are redirected to closed account, which shouldn't even be accessible in the app. this is because they left emails on old billing system and moved mobiles to new system & when I pay manually in app, it pays to my email account which is obviously a huge error. wait days to weeks for refunds & then say can't see app issue.

Solid app, serves the purpose it's built for. Giving 4 star to encourage Telstra to consider more carefully when they remove useful features. I liked when the app was showing both the data usage and days' progress with parallel progress bars, because that instantaneously gave me the understanding of how my data usage fares against the remaining days without doing math. Do I need to budget my data usage or not? My goal was to stay slightly behind the days' progress. I need this back!
