As of late the app has become absolutely useless. It just will not load at all. I sign in and it's just the loading screen for a few minutes before throwing an error. Really inconvenient when I need to know what money I have in my account. When it does rarely work though, it works well. It used to always work, I don't know what kind of update was pushed to break it entirely

Not possible to contact the bank through a simple message using the app, like you can on the website.. That's why it lost a star. I would also like to be able to rename my accounts for ease of use 'joint bills', 'personal bills', 'rainy day fund', whatever. Overall app has gotten Much better over the years! Edit - these were from at least 2023 and still an issue. put in for a new debit card and now it won't let me in my account. it specifically said I could still log in until the new one came.

I think the app is great in general so I don't want to trash it for a little bug, but: Since the last update, when you go to enter your banking ID, it opens up the full keyboard when it used to open up the numeric keypad. It's a little bug, but it's annoying.

• Fixed issue where biometric sign-in could be lost after certain errors.
• Fixed issue where service notices on the sign-in page were not refreshing unless the app was restarted.
• Fixed issue where credit card account filters were not reset after sign-out.
