You Android app needs a lot of work, even on the highest end devices. The navigation bar icons overlap each other. The app is also very slow. This is the case on the iPhone app. The Ultimate Rewards pages are extremely slow, and they time out multiple times per sessions. I am tempted to transfer my points out of Chase just so I don't have to use the Chase portal. This poor experience is consistent across platforms.

It depends on how much you utilize the app. The payment feature works well. I love that I can lock and unlock card for use. This was a lifesaver when I was in Europe and somebody stole my card 4 days into a 5-week trip. However, if you use the site to gain Travel Reward points and book travel it is not good. It's buggy, it stalls out, it lags. There are constant issues loading Pages sometimes it can be hard to find your trips and all the details that you might need.

I have had to uninstall and reload the app 3 times. I have a Motorola and after the first log in or maybe it's because I try to save my password 🤔 something I am testing this time the whole app blanks out white and I can't do anything at all once it does that I have to uninstall. Very frustrating. The 2 times I have been able to see it is good. Easy to understand and find things out does take extra effort to get some info compared to my other banking apps. I hope the white screen can be fixed.
