I have a couple of chase credit cards. They are good cards and I have found the app to work well. But absolutely do NOT book travel through the chase travel center. They book through sketchy third party sights. When there is a problem the only way to deal with it is to spend hours calling the "travel" agents. I paid for a 10 day car rental that I was denied at the rental desk. Chase will do nothing about it. I paid the full price and had to rent a second car from a different company.

It crashes all the time. It also will cause the whole phone to freeze . So much easier to use the website. Thinking of removing the app if it isn't fixed soon and remains difficult to use. Re installed Chase app. First thing it does causes the phone to freeze for 20 sec and crashes. Was never like this before but I guess this is new and improved. So much better not using this app and sticking with the web.

This app is a pain in the you know what! I need the quick lock feature. I need to be able to do it and you have to go through a process. Most of my other cards there's an option right there. Also all the settings are a pain. I can't have purchases texted to me immediately. Attention chase if you look at capital one app, they have the best and easiest thing to use.
