Trying to login and create a password is super obnoxious. Gives you the requirements for a good password and when you give them a password that meets those requirements, it won't let you submit it and proceed if it doesn't think it's strong enough, but won't tell you how to make it stronger. Just won't let you use it. Tried a dozen different passwords before realizing that adding a space to one and making it two words would satisfy it. And then, even then, "Can't process request right now" SMH

This app has been broken in at least one way every single time I have used it. Literally. Some section or another is offline, always. Filing claims didn't work. Finding in-network clinics doesn't work. Finding my coverage information doesn't work. Even login pages and "forgot my password" buttons break frequently on this app.

Extremely slow to load, most of the time it doesn't load anything more than a blank screen when it does load a page it just says error or currently under maintenance. Having been forcefully moved from being able to get new cards to having to have to use the app to pull up the insurance card is extreme stupid especially when the app doesn't work 85% of the time.
