How many times do I have to enable pin? The trash doesn't work! If you can't get an app to work right why would I bank with you! Not trustworthy! It doesn't work! Fix it for God's sake or go back to school and learn how
Complicated. Also pending transactions dont show up right away so you get to play the guessing game with your money. The bank makes it darn near impossible to have access to your money if you want to deposit checks. The only good thing about this bank is their lack of fees.
UPDATE: mobile deposit total finally reset. then citizens went and "updated" the app again, so now it's not resetting again. plus now the balances aren't updating in the widget any longer. please rehire the technical team that developed this app when it was still charter one. they knew what they were doing. app was fine prior to update. now, the total allowed mobile deposit doesn't reset. so if i deposit $500, two weeks later it tells me i am only allowed to deposit $4500. if i deposit another $1000, the next day (or week) i will only be allowed $3500. so frustrating!
App is constantly performing poorly and it's never clear whether payments have been taken out of the account or not when funds are on hold. Awful app, makes me want to switch banks.
This is normally a nice app that would have been even better if I could login using my fingerprint. However, I logged in today to pay a bill, and it tells me that I don't have any billers setup. That is strange, because I have had four billers that I use regularly. I went to Manage My Billers and saw them there, but the required address information is gone. I'm unable to select the boxes to fill them in. Now what?
I usually love this app however since this last update I have to answer my security questions each time I want to check my balance. And every time I put in numbers for pin it never takes. This is very frustrating. But do love mobile banking
