I've never had a communications system with so many technical issues as Cox. Due to my TV freezing at first use in the morning,I have to reset my TV two to five times weekly. I have to either reset online, via the remote or occasionally do the old school unplug and replug. What a joke. Almost two years I've dealt with this. I have removed every service they offer with the exception of the starter package because I won't pay them anything else. Cox Las Vegas, get your act together.

always buffering and having times of impacted service. When I was receiving the free service, I was thankful. I felt like it was better than nothing, but now that I'm paying for service and you asked for my opinion. I figure I can complain about the service. Daily interruptions in service and multiple times a day streaming on fire TV the service is buffering, and if I do try the Xbox One, the game takes forever to load, then it lags.

paying for a service that only works 35 percent of the time, but can't find anywhere to cancel without having to talk to someone from India and the only fix they offered was to have a technician come out with an upgraded plan costing me more instead of sending someone to fix the issue. My phone hot spot has ran better more consistently without issue and it's only 25 a month from at&t. 😂
