DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!!!!!! I have been using this app for years. At the beginning everything was fine. The orders were being made correctly and delivered on time in great condition. However, the last year I have lost count of how many times I have had issues. The order was wrong, part of the order would be missing, the order can't go through and this last one order was worse. Someone else took my order who wasn't affiliated with doordash. Now to see if I get full refund or another partial.

Best app ever! Fees are a lil much sometime, delivery fee should b free everytime, not jus sometime, since they add a door dash fee to your total. I've never had a single issue with an order being right or on time. Edit: I've lost the ability to rate the driver. I've had some fantastic deliveries and have had the option to rate the restaurant only.

I used to think it was a great app, but when I was about to order 4 medium sandwiches and the total was almost $80 before the tip.... Then I tallied the same order on the company website, and it was only half!!! Plus it said I got a $0 delivery fee, haha... I just bit the bullet and drove 15 minutes myself and saved $40 bucks plus another $15 for a tip... in other words, if you have money to waste and don't mind paying 65% extra, then sure this app and it's $0 delivery fee is made for you 😉
