Ratings and reviews

It's a useful app, and one of the few delivery apps I'd chose. That being said, it's really not okay that doordash allows restaurants to shut off the special requests sections, due to food allergies. At the least, they could make all restaurants have a section where folks can select options or input if they have food allergies. It's very unsafe, and frustrating to work with.

What happened to the tipping system? At first you could just add a tip, then it went to where you could add a tip after you were given a dasher or after the food was delivered, now the "add tip" option will be there sometimes and then it'll disappear and only a button to "text" will be there. It's extremely annoying that I have to add a tip through the "help" option almost every time. This needs to be fixed, I bet there's a ton of dashers who would've been tipped that don't get tipped over this

The app clearly experiences frequent issues, and this was the last straw. Their customer service tried to tell me that every single restaurant in a major city was either closed to too busy to take orders... Every. Single. One. After being hung up on three times while just trying to get an answer, Dash Pass was cancelled and I uninstalled. Not even a little bit worth paying for a service that literally doesn't work and they don't care to fix.
