I'm a new user and i haven't even used the redeem feature once but it says "REDEEM LIMIT REACHED " . I'm not even surprised ... i had zero expectation from this Nepali app ... totally scam

1. Most of the restaurants don't accept the fonepoints when we visit them It just wastes our fone points. For example: Syanko katti roll of Radhe Radhe, The bardali cafe of pulchowk, Jammy's boba tea of pulchowk, etc. Please remove those merchants from fonepoints. 2. The customer care don't actually care. They don't receive calls or answer the contact form.
