The very few times it worked it was nice. Most of the time i cant even log in. Bring up the app and it already says " error try again" cant get to log in screen or anything 99% of the time. So it makes it difficult to check account balance or anything.
Great, convenient banking option when it works properly; inconsistent most of the time. Constant logouts that require verification codes that never come, a website that is down once or twice a week preventing the user access to funds, useless, "call customer service" responses posted for every negative review and customer service that has no input more valuable than "uninstall and reinstall". A complete cluster overall.
I love this app, it would be awesome if they had fingerprint login and overdraft protection but two things bug me, the atm list is getting shorter, I have to travel more than 10 miles and Netspend gets my direct deposit loaded at 10pm and my go bank doesn't get it until 4 am 6 Hours later.
Worst bank I have EVER had. Ever. They lock you out of your fu ds all the time. Do unscheduled maintenance, and do scheduled maintenance with 0 notice. I have even had them lose track of how much $ I have more than 2x.
You better not lose your card if you do you are screwed totally screwed their customer service is the worst ever they do not help at all if you got any money in the account take it out put it somewhere else if you lose your card they take you through hell and high water ridiculous don't get me wrong Nobody's Perfect and it was my fault but I shouldn't be punished like really punished for making a simple mistake I they suck
