The POS (Peice Of Sh**) app never works
My wife and I both drive for Uber and this has been an amazing bank to deal with. Moving money around doesn't GET any easier. We hooked Amazon flex payments into it as well. Only one time in over two years did I have an issue and that was late at night when systems were updating. By the next day everything was kosher. Im old enough to remember when you got paid on Friday ...you didnt have money til MONDAY. This app changes EVERYTHING.
Since the last update I have been unable to log in, I get the circle saying I'm being logged in but then nothing.. Until I get a message that pops up saying g my phones time is fast and I have to adjust it.. But my phones time is set automatically.. Fix it please!
I wish I would have read the reviews first. I hate gobank and the app!! I wish I could sue them for all the hell I've been through. They lack people who understand plain English and they ask the same questions over and over. My emails that I get from them don't even go to the email address on file. Then when I call they say log in using the email you signed up with, I did that's why I'm calling you for help, it rejected it. I've called 13times 3days on a row and still no help. I'm deleting the account and app ASAP! Please nobody waste your time downloading or investing your money here.
The call center representatives aren't very helpful at all with resolving conflicting balance between app and actually card. I ask for a supervisor and I get another call center representative acting as a "supervisor"...it's very frustrating when you have funds but can't access it because it's the weekend and no one with that authority is working.
We fixed a few bugs and made some really good improvements. Like, really good.
