Lazy programming. The old version isn't uninstalled during the update process, which leaves you with two versions. If you open the one you're used to you are in an endless loop of "you need update". Then they couldn't figure out why the update didn't take. Must have used AI..... ☆☆ They also did away with the most useful feature. You can not longer swipe to check balance.. Now you have to login. And get an ad. (Expletive deleted)

I've never had so much trouble accessing my own money smh lol. I have fingerprint enabled and always get asked to enter my password for "security purposes" and then get told my password isn't recognized, try again, and then eventually get locked out due to too many consecutive attempts. Same thing happens if I change the password and try to log in on my laptop. Haven't been able to login in days now. If we can never login, at least bring back the slide to see balance feature.

With the old app, I used to pay my big bills and then move PART of what's left to my vault & to make a purchase once my available balance got low I just MOVED THE $ from my Vault TO COVER THE PURCHASE! Easy Peasy. I got my pay deposited not long ago & a purchase at the grocery store the same day was DECLINED! It has happened several times now! I'm going with a different card! Also, a lot of times, you can't log in and it says they're working on something, so I can't access my own $!!
