I have trusted the Walmart money card, for well over a decade, as my main account. It was great up until their complete revamping of their app. Now, you're lucky if you can even log in. They are having "technical difficulties" EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! You all had a great app before with minimal issues. This is obviously NOT working for ANYONE! Just admit you made a mistake and switch it back before you lose, even more, valued customers!

We have had this account for a few years now and have never had issues with the app until after the switch to the new app platform. It has been an awful experience. We are not able to login if our phone is connected to wifi. On average 2-3 times a week we are not able to login in at all, we just get an error message that says they are experiencing technical difficulties. We are currently on day three of not being able to access our account due to this and forget calling no one answers!

cannot log in. The new app over last year or so is terrible. As of late it will not let you log in saying technical difficulties. This has been for over a week now, after uninstalling and reinstalling I was finally able to log in again. Please fix as it's super inconvenient when needed to check balance. What if card was locked and couldn't unlock it?
