Update did not fix the restart bug. it's still there and when it happens you cannot access the app. I've tried uninstall and reinstall, deleting the cache, restarting my phone AND tested it on two different devices aside from my main phone. it still happens. Ran it on mobile data and top tier wifi connection- still happens. Please fix this bug ~ I'll gladly change my star rating after.

Once a month this app glitches! The message that says add another account gets stuck. I can't exit out of it. When I call customer service they are so unhelpful! Then when it finally works I put the amount I want it glitches again and gives me the default $50! It can't be undone! 3 times this has happened to me this year. I have been using this app for 4 years! The upgrade or whatever stinks! So wish my company would get daily pay or some other app! Very unsatisfied! Disregard that 1 star!

I'm so sick of Rapid pay card and the Rapid app. For weeks - almost a month- the instant transfer feature has been down, with a note,"were working on it" but nothings changed. my Rapid pay card works some places but not others and when I call customer service, " well it might be the machine, the card is fine". I'm canceling my account soon. I HAD to leave a rating because when I opened the app it asked me to leave a rating but wouldn't let me close the pop up question so I could sign in.
