this app sucks. we are in 2026 and its slow and has no benefits to it. its hard to understand where my money is going and what's on it. and then the card fees are expensive and rank up weeks after. im still paying for taking money out from when I first got the card. to take cash out everyday you pay 5 dollars off of the total amount. of what you transfer. and with me. I don't have many clients or hours so thats already bad enough not to mention i don't get paid enough. I will not recommend.

The app itself isn't terrible. I hate I'm not able to lock my card. Hate that they randomly decided to cancel my card, (and almost everyone else's at my job) meaning no access to my money, I had to pay $35 to rush a new card (2 days), it's been 10 now; still no card, & they've had over $100 on hold. I'm still waiting to get that back in my account. Been over a week. Only shows charges/ holds for THAT month, so it looks like the hold has just been forgot about. IDK. I will never again use them.

For the most part, I've not had very many issues with this current app except occasionally it will get stuck trying to load the app and the only remedy I've found to fix it is to uninstall the Rapid paycard app and re-install it!!!! (This is very frustrating and aggravating) BTW, the previous Rapid! Paycard app was a nightmare! Ok, this Paycard app has been behaving itself, lately, so I'm assuming the problem has been resolved. I'm certainly hoping so.
