The app itself isn't terrible. I hate I'm not able to lock my card. Hate that they randomly decided to cancel my card, (and almost everyone else's at my job) meaning no access to my money, I had to pay $35 to rush a new card (2 days), it's been 10 now; still no card, & they've had over $100 on hold. I'm still waiting to get that back in my account. Been over a week. Only shows charges/ holds for THAT month, so it looks like the hold has just been forgot about. IDK. I will never again use them.

you take fees for random transactions all the time. I can't depend on my balance because you just take money at random and for no particular reason--other than to take my money! also What is advice fee? and why do you take it every week? then say zero in fees up at the top of the app? when you know you take these random dollar and two dollar fees weekly. sometimes on each transaction!

I haven't been able to transfer to another account for months... says unable to complete this and we're working on this problem. called a few months ago, and customer service says no estimated time on how long this issue is going to take. I tried uninstalling the app and downloading again, but was unsuccessful and got the same message. Don't like this at all.
