Terrible experience with this app and company. For more than a year it was fine, no issues. And then in February I tried to do an instant transfer and the app glitched or something (it took a loooong time to load) and the money left my rapid pay account but never arrived in the other account. Since then.. for four months I've been being taken in circles by the incompetent support team. They denied the dispute because "they don't guarantee purchases for goods and services" which is a crock

The app never works. Cannot log in. Rapid logo just keeps recycling. Ok, even though deleting and reinstalling worked- it only works no more than 3xs before same issue... this is very time consuming and inconvenient. you all have my paychecks but still say my hourly pay is almost $25 less than what it is. Unfortunately in today's economy I'm stuck with using the service in the 1st place. blessed to have the option, but it should not be this hard to just SIGN INTO APP! IM REINSTALLING now AGAIN!

I don't like the fact that we can't lock our cards. also I had a place pull out up to the last penny on my account they did not notify me that a transaction was made that pulled out all my money and I have all notifications set to let me know when funds have been removed. I'm looking for a new bank as soon as possible! also I got a new card it hasn't updated the new card on my online account so it won't let me see transactions that have happened on my account! this place sucks
