Ratings and reviews

while the app has (slowly) improved to catch up with other apps, it's still a shining example of how developers do not use their apps or hire testers. Turning a page requires 2 hands - or a tiny phone or giant hands; swiping to turn the page requires moving across the entire screen, and IDK about you, but my hands don't reach that far, and swiping 2/3rds of the screen just teases with an ALMOST page turn, then flips back to the page I'm trying to leave. TESTING IS PARAMOUNT. Devs should try it.

It's an amazing reading app. I have no problems with it so far but I do have request I like to see in the future. 1. No Matter what device you are on, it will start you on the page that you left off. 2. I would like to see more highlighter color options or at least the option of a custom highlighter button. 3. Easy access of switching from ereader to auto book. That KS for your time.

Imagine you bought an entire series of books and kept them on your shelf to reread occasionally. Now imagine if the store you bought them from decided to come to your house and replace the wonderful cover art with cartoonish images. Imagine they also swap the text of the novels with an earlier draft that requires some serious proof reading. Also, the new version doesn't use the same pagination. Yep, your highlights & notes no longer mean anything. Imagine no more; Google Play Books does it all.
