**Correction** When I transfered all my apps from the old device to the new device. That's when all functions of the app stopped working with the exception of being able to log in and see what was in the app. Opening, viewing, sharing files, etc. had stopped all together. My fix to it was having to uninstall and reinstall the app. If that's a bug I'm sure it can get fixed or have one of the functions auto close the app with a message telling the user to install from the app store.

Hi there. Have you tried to access the file from Google Drive using a different network? Let us know how it goes

I've always been prompted to open My Maps files through my browser from Drive, and depending on the ownership of the file it will either open in my browser or in Maps. However, ever since the complete removal of the My Maps application, every time I'm prompted and accept the prompt, Drive crashes and won't open My Maps files at all. I have been promoted to report this crash every time, and I always do, but nothing has changed. Was recommended to clear the data and cache and that didn't work.

😊👍 Excellent! Been using this for years, and it just gets better. For large files, I encrypt & compact since even 5G still has difficulty with large files (like recorded video.) Timeouts set on tower communications can be irritating. Nice to have my data retrievable at the touch of my phone. Other software I tried failed to do as well, and often lost data into the netherworlds of the cloud. It is great to be able to make easy last minute changes on a file while traveling.
