Ratings and reviews

Google Maps works faster than other similar apps, but now it shows no results when it comes to public transport (on the computer and on the smartphone). It's just upsetting. I tried a lot of things like restarting my phone, clearing the app data, etc. But nothing helps. And I'm not the only person with such a problem. But it seems like Google doesn't really care. I never received any replies from Google after I'd left feedback several times (it was not only about Maps).

Not sure what Google is doing to Maps recently, but it has become increasingly disfunctional. Times if public transport are sometimes widely off. Route suggestions are often twice or thrice as long as they should be. And somehow, even automatically zoom doesn't work anymore. When taking a 2km trip in the city center, the map zooms out on the entire province or country, or really really close on the destination rather than the start. Please fix this, Google, or just revert to an older version.

It's actually been unusable for months now. After a couple normal opens, it freezes any time I try to open it. I have to uninstall to the factory version to even use the app. I've been updating it every couple days to see if the problem is fixed, and nope, still completely unusable. Total trash. Sometimes it even freezes my entire phone! And I'm a delivery driver so I rely on this app.
