I've been using this app for years on my Samsung phones & loved it. All of a sudden in the last few weeks it is extremely slow in opening messages, deleting messages you have to wait sometimes up to 30 seconds for something to open or to get deleted. I tried everything including uninstalling the app and putting it back on, everything. Still the same problem. I may have to look for another messaging app. Seems like other people are having the same problem. Just updated and no change.

I'm really hating this app!! Whenever im in a group message, it works fine, and then all of a sudden, my messages won't send, and I am unable to receive messages from people in the group. They just keep "downloading." It is beyond frustrating. I am connected to data and wifi, but it will take at least 10-30mims before it will work correctly again. I have uninstalled, reinstalled. Cleared cache and data for the app, but nothing fixes it. Its happening more often now. Please fix this!!!!

Constant issues with not receiving group messages. You can see they're trying to load in each individual message of everyone in the group chat. Issues with sending images. Sometimes they go through, other times they don't. This happens whether in a single message or group message. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, submitted a help request with details. The group messaging issue was fixed for a couple of weeks, but now we're back to the original issue as of last night.
