The Online Insights Study mobile app is for an invite-only market research study. Invites are randomly sent to participants. Without an invite, you won’t be able to use the app. If you’re not a member of the study, you won’t be able to use the app.

It was great until yesterday 7/7/26 when I got notified that my participation has ended and I had left the study which I did not and there's no option to rejoin. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalled app, clearing cache and cookies but still same message. I contacted them and they said: We appreciate your continued interest in the program. After a recent review, we found that your membership has ended, and we are unable to reinstate it at this time. **WHY?!!

for the last 3 days, I've gone to redeem the same $2.50 into Amazon credits, and after it deducts the amount I get a pop up that says: Sorry, we're experiencing a technical difficulty. If any money was removed from your account, it will be returned within 24 hours. 3 times in a row with the same exact message. it's highly annoying because I'm literally $2.38 away from buying a birthday gift for someone...

Just not going well. The app keeps glitching. It won't let me cash out my points. Every time I try the app just stops working. On top of my points not being up to date. You're supposed to earn $230 a year. I've had this app for 4 years and I haven't reached that yet. Just thinking about deleting the app ball together. But my information is being taken anyway so I might as well get paid for it.
