It's not what I thought it was, but that's on me. I originally subscribed for the 2tb storage, thinking i could back up all of my devices, including my PC. Unfortunately, unless I overlooked something, you can only use it to back up your android devices; phone, tablet, chromebook, etc. The app otherwise works exactly how it's supposed to do, I just can't fathom needing all that extra storage for just my phone.

This program is a scam. It is set up such that if you delete from the backup, it deletes the original, too. Thus forcing you to buy more storage space with no option to free up space without permanently deleting photos or videos. Worst of all, when the storage space becomes full, you can no longer send/receive emails or use docs, slides, or sheets. So you have to buy more storage. This isn't explained up front. I sincerely regret using this service. Once trapped it's almost impossible to escape.

I don't see the point in having an app that has access to all your personal and private information when all files are already been synced with your email account. The back up idea to put back everything from text messages to color background really doesn't work well with google products since the main core was created for productivity. I really don't like any app to have access to my hardware files so why the personal folders , pins and all that security is created then.
