Very good & useful app ! I especially like the VPN service included all together. I'm just a little disappointed to hear today that the vpn is going to be discontinued due to a lack of use. I think the reason for the lack of use is the lack of prompts for using it during setup. The other reason is the button to activate it, is hidden from the quick panel until you find it & drag and drop it in position.

Making payments to renew your subscription are so difficult. I tried several payment methods in the space of one month and they kept getting rejected. During those trials, I was charged/debited on 2 occasions, but my account kept on showing I had not paid and restricted access to my mails. Up till now I have not been refunded. Reaching out to an expert to help resolve your issue is so difficult. Google, this is very appalling and I'm definitely looking out for a better email service alternative.

Google 1 as a service is definitely great but there are some issues I have with it. University Wi-Fi will not allow me to use the VPN while connected on the network. There's an option within the mobile app to not connect to the VPN onto a network selected. This option is not available on Chrome OS. As much as I can find the way to find it on an Android phone is to hold the quick access button. This option menu is not available in the actual app itself. This needs to be corrected.
