Digital Wellbeing is a decent app with a few useful features. I like that it has a Focus mode, which lets you hide notifications from distracting apps — that can really help with staying on task. The screen time reminders are also helpful, since they show you how much time you're spending on certain apps. Overall, it's not the best app out there, but it's not bad either. Just an alright tool for managing your phone habits.

Edited to add: App somehow reactivated itself and enabled notifications without my consent. Now I'm not allowed to deactivate it. None of this is acceptable. I don't want this app; I want to use my "time wasting apps" in peace. Original review: This app came preinstalled on my phone and cannot be deleted. It's invasive. It uses an unacceptable amount of memory. I cleared the app data and deactivated it as soon as I saw the activity records, but I WANT IT GONE.

This is basically spyware. It takes over your phone, and you can't remove permissions from it. Unlike other apps, it also can't be disabled. Doing so just makes changes even more permanent. It can also reinstall itself when removed depending on the device. If you have the choice, don't install, or at the very least don't interact.
