Ratings and reviews

There are two things I'd like to see in this app. One is the ability to format my e-mail signature (bold, italics, bullets, etc. maybe with Markdown; font type and size are not necessary), or tick a checkbox to use a signature that's already saved in Gmail's desktop web app. The other is the ability to edit filters like I can on desktop. I've had very little problems with this app otherwise over many years. I like how drafting a message opens up a new, separate Android "window".

Lots of issues lately. I don't get important notifications even though they're enabled, I cannot delete more than one or two emails without the app freezing, and the app freezes after about 10 seconds of use when I try to check certain emails or select ones. It's been an issue since the past three months and is becoming more frustrating as I can't even check important emails on the go without needing to open and close the frozen app multiple times.

App keeps closing when I send an email. I'm using a Pixel 7 with Android 14. I've cleared the cache. I've uninstalled and reinstalled updates. I've written feedback several times. Nothing helps. Clearly a bug. Also, the cursor often disappears. EDIT: I've already tried all the troubleshooting steps from the link in the response from Google LLC. (Would be nice if I could click on or at least copy the link , but that's not possible.) I've also posted in the forum and got zero helpful responses.
