The app won't load at all. It simply stays on the inbox page saying "getting your messages", but never does anything. When I go to the three bars on the upper left-hand corner, it says that it is waiting for sync, even though my sync is on in the settings. I've updated the app, but nothing has changed. It works on other devices when I sign into my account, but never on my phone.

I'd give you a ZERO but I can't! This latest update sucks! Can't find my emails in any of the folders, it gives a notice that I'm done and folder is empty! By all the bad reviews I see it's a common problem! How about figuring it out and update the app?? There's important information that I have to get to but can't!! Update: uninstalling and reinstall/update was the fix! I appreciate the help, Thank you!!

Usually great. Is there a tech problem with the app today? I have no listed email and my menu icon is twisted. Came into the app store looking for an update option, but there isn't one available. I removed the app and put it back on - no change. The only option left is to fully delete the app and reload it. I'm hesitant to do that for now. Hoping it's a temporary problem being addressed.
