Ratings and reviews

New galaxy ultra. 500mbs down and 15 up. This app is now useless. I am unable to watch videos at 720p! All videos start at 360 or less. Just a blur on the screen. There is no way to fix this.... honestly it's been happening for over 4 months now. I'm so done with it. When I up the video quality to 720p (which is barely acceptable) I get a circle loading on the video for a minute ir two every minute or less of video. I have seen others with this issue. What is going on?

Lots of great upsides to this app. Works great and is straight forward. However it's hard to enjoy those upsides with the constant and lengthy ads. Most people dont want to pay a subscription fee only to get rid of ads, especially when the other benefits of the subscription are hardly ever used if at all. Would give at least a 4 star if it wasn't for the ads.

I have a big gripe with a relatively recent change, which is where if I want to change the quality settings of video playback, I have to go to settings, quality, CUSTOM, and then pick a quality setting. Previously, it was just settings, quality, and then one is selected. If NOTHING else, just make the broader (low, medium, high) options ACTUALLY adhere to the lowest, middlest, and highest quality possible. I'm tired of after clicking on every new video, manually selecting the highest quality. Ty
