Ratings and reviews

I use YouTube all the time. I listen to (don't watch) videos instead of podcasts in the car, have them on for entertainment at the house, and use them for how-to DIY purposes as well. I even pay for premium! Why can I no longer specify a quality preference for Wi-Fi vs cellular data? It used to be an option years ago and it's frustrating and cumbersome to need to change my video quality every time I want to watch a video, and the current "data saver" and etc quality preference is not enough.

The clips are short videos that they have on there. I can play them for like 10 and 50 seconds. And then it like stops and it swells around like it wants to pick it up but it doesn't pick it up so I can't basically I can't watch any of those short videos that are on Facebook and I refreshed it and everything came and still does not work. Is there something with YouTube which I'm thinking it is

As of today April 27th I believe. I can no longer stack up videos to watch when I'm connected to the Chromecast. Used to be I could view a show while I was picking other shows to put in the queue. Now every time I tap a show instead of coming up and saying that is the q or play it it just plays instantly. I'm not happy with this change.
