The program messed up and keep putting a message up that said the program kept shutting down. Even their message wasn't working right. When I would try to write what the problem was, the report disappeared as soon as I touched it. I have managed to hit the send button several times, but I couldn't write anything to tell them what the problem was. At least the box agreeing to send some kind of data was already checked. Hopefully that data was about the problem with the app.

Consistently crashing on LG G6, which then crashes the app using ARCore. A few times I have gotten it to work, for a few seconds. After some time has elapsed, the camera portion freezes (static picture remains on screen regardless of movement) but the AR portion continues to move and rotate with the phone. Poor experience for a device which has been labeled compatible with ARCore.

Made my android phone (LG G6)get very hot temperature-wise! Found that to be alarming, doubt that it is good for my battery. Also, did not work like my iPad mini did with the same content that I was attempting to view. On the iPad, the image appeared and I was able to spin the object around to view it. On my LG phone, it created a partial image that was still and way too large to view the entire object in the image. I was viewing an article from my NY TIMES app on both devices. I have uninstalled this app!
