Good for individuals like myself who have an atrocious banking history. I got it as part of my tax return, and I've just continued using it as my primary checking account. Card isn't Tap To Pay, but it can, of course, be added to your mobile wallet for NFC payments. Provides a simple credit monitoring feature through Experian. Compatible with Plaid, which is vital these days. Mobile deposit is through Ingo, which in my experience has always been terrible, 100% of the time.

This banking app is terrible. First biometrics doesn't work or they just don't have it. Second they charge me to use the dang account as a fee monthly, that's why I got rid of other bank accounts. Third they're direct deposit that they claim works for overdraft never does work and I can't access things I want from the account. I'm looking for a new account ASAP. I would recommend not using this as your banking app.

I like this back and I've had it forever but seriously it never ever let's me login to the app anymore it always says it's having some type of error message and it's getting old, I'm tired of it. Just recently they took it upon themselves to send me a new card with a chip and deactivate my old one which is cool but yeah they just did it themselves didn't even ask me so I couldn't use my current debit card for like 2 weeks. So annoying. Definitely switching to a different bank soon. Sad.
