After August 5th update (version 6.8.6): Finds my product but won't connect to it. Always says discovering product for a long while, doesn't find it, even being connected to it and right next to it. Have to force close, clear cache, and relaunch 6 or 7 times before it'll find my product and connect to it. Shows battery level, very basic equalizer (bass, mid, treble; only 5 levels), connect 2nd speaker for stereo sound, rename, party together (with other JBLs nearby), and update.

Garbage. Won't connect to my Flip 6 even after doing ALL the suggested "fixes" like three different times, and with the speaker connected to my bluetooth. Beyond frustrating. I wasn't a fan of the speaker to begin with, but I read that the app would give me some control over the sound so I wanted to try it out before I make the decision to return it. Very disappointed.

this app used to work but now it won't connect to my speakers. it just says "connecting..." forever. if you close the app and restart it, it can't even see the device even though it's connected via Bluetooth. you have to disconnect and reconnect via Bluetooth to get it to see it again, but then it gets stuck on Connecting... again
