Ratings and reviews

The app said I had to update. Once I did that it stopped syncing with Google Fit. I called and spent 3 HOURS YES 3 HOURS on the phone. It just will not sync. My wife cannot sync either on her phone. The app only gives three choices to sync with A fit bit, Google fit and one other that I can't think of. Up until the I had to update it it worked fine.

Most of my frustration comes from the permissions settings. I've tried to enable notifications, and for whatever reason it's grayed out like I cannot enable notifications, which is frustrating when I need to know when claims have been filed. Then when I need to manually submit a claim, I enabled access to photos and documents but when I go to submit the picture, it's not recognizing that I've already enabled this. I had the app on iPhone and never had these issues, so I'm guessing it's Android.

Doesn't work. I tried to sign up using my camera. The screen was black and my camera didn't work. I allowed the app permission to use the camera. No problem - input manually. Got to the email verification step and received the email, but when I click the link, it opens google play and says "something went wrong." 2 technical problems in 5 minutes. That's not a very good rate.
