The app seems alright, but the customer service is piss poor. It's another overseas call center, and they want your entire card number, name, dob, phone number, zip (most of which you already gave to the automated system) - then when you don't give it all, you just want policy clarification, they talk over you and hang up. They shouldn't need all that info just to tell me policy. Sounds fishy.

it's now been 5 to 10 years, and I'm still seeing the same exact problems with your app, website and phone system, as before. it's like all of your systems have issues. I went through downloading this app again to try to activate my new card. no matter how quickly I did it it said the session timed out. it's like that, no matter what step or method you're on. constant roadblocks!!!!!!

I can't access my account at all. I've spoken with several people, including 2 supervisors, over the past 2 days, and none of them has a resolution. They can only write a 'ticket' for another department to look into. But I'll need to call back and go through all their prompts just to find out if anything has been updated, and it could take up to 5 business days! But I have no access to my account until someone does something....terrible experience!
