I've been with Metro for years now and they have been great to me. Affordable, friendly, supportive, and just helpful. Auto pay is the best way to go if you are able to set it up, you are able to receive discounted rates. If you pay your bill in store there is a fee. The app works well and allows you to see the monthly billing breakdown details and amounts. Plus Tuesday perks are awesome too.

very good app, account info, edit capabilities, change your plan. pay bill, free stuff. promotions deal. no other fees. You can manage all your metro account on this app. If you set up auto pay, you save money too. Highly recommend Metro if you seeking a cell phone service, and with the best app at your fingertips you will have the best you can get.

ZERO STARS: The automated system alone is enough to make me switch companies, you have a whole call center and force the automated system that almost refuses to allow you to speak to a person. Customer service needs a re-do because the agents will hang up on you if they get confused, which isn't hard to do to them. I was offered a discount on my plan, only to find out the discount meant changing my plan altogether to something lower than what I was paying for... I'm done!
