Ratings and reviews

App won't even open properly, just stuck on "try again" screen, but can't click the "try again" button, it doesn't function. I live 4 floors away from the machines and I want to see if I have any money on before I go all the way down to the laundry room, but I can't. It also never reflects the actual correct times of the machine cycles, and the machines show ($1.75) one price but the app is set at another price ($2.00)

I had to download and use the PayRange app at a Marriott hotel and this app is not user friendly. I accepted the reality of being forced to download another one-time use app, but it is not easy to use if you are not tech savvy. 1) It requires all access to your phone and bluetooth; otherwise, you go have to go back in your phone settings to troubleshoot and enable app permissions. 2) Your pre-pay is in set increments, so you have money leftover. So you lose $

Works for the most part, some fiddling around. One of the washers wouldn't connect, swallowed $5 and I had to contact customer service for a refund. The "free wash" to tempt me to install it was actually only $3 off of a $5 wash. No refund for unused portion when you want to get rid of the app so I'm lucky it worked out even and now I'm relieved to uninstall it. Quarters are easier.
