Ratings and reviews

This app is very difficult to use, but I have to do so in order to get my laundry done. They offered me a free dryer run if I confirmed my email address. But once I did so, the free offer disappeared. And maybe it's not their fault, but one load in the dyer is $3.75, yet it comes out 67 minutes later sopping wet. Expensive, bad user setup, scam offers.

The app breaks frequently. Best case it breaks before you start laundry, worst case it breaks in the middle of it so you end up with wet clothes and no way to dry them. On top of that there's no reason this app should require your location data if it already has access to nearby devices. They also now charge you an additional fee if you want to preload less than $10 onto their app. An absolute ripoff and scam.

What a fantastic way to pay for laundry! No more hustling when you're short on quarters --& no more sagging when you're flush with them-- along with no more of ANYTHING that has to do with feeding cash to a laundry machine. The ONLY reason I took off one star is this: The APP-- IS NOT ALWAYS CURRENT/ACCURATE ABOUT WHICH MACHINES ARE ACTUALLY WORKING. Almost every time I've washes there are OUT OF ORDER machines which your app claims are available.
