Ratings and reviews

Half the time it doesn't even work. Crashes, and then kicks you off. Fights you to sign back in. Oh, and if you add money, you can't get it back, so use it all if you can!! -- Update: this really is a terrible app!!! Still nothing but problems. Easier than quarters sometimes, but I'd almost rather use quarters, and deal with the headache of maybe getting to the bank. Dropping from 2 to 1 star. Please update your app, seriously, so many bugs.

Prices are set different than the machines so once you add funds, you'll have to add more due to them charging the incorrect price in the app. They also charge a fee if you don't add the amount they want and only allow you to add in certain quantities. I ended up wasting money just cause their price was wrong and they are no help to fix the issue.

I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy and this app REFUSES to detect any nearby machines with Bluetooth. The only solution is to stand there refreshing the screen until it randomly decides to work 5 minutes later. This service presents itself as a "convenience" for doing laundry, when in reality it's the complete opposite. I genuinely wish I could use coins instead of wasting my time with this stupid app every time I have to do laundry.
