It comes down to customer support. I put in my order for a certain restaurant & they delivered the wrong food which increased my order total (multiple times). When that was the issue customer support was able to remedy the situation. Now when it came to investigating & removing a simple $2.73 fee that was added to my order when it shouldn't have been, all of a sudden they can't find the fee & can't help me. Even after sending a screenshot of the receipt with fee. Removing app & never using again

In one week I have had two horrible experiences. Ordered pizza that was delivered to wrong place and customer service basically said you have to pay. Second time I ordered from a different place and the order was canceled after the expected time....twice!!!! I share a vehicle with my kid right now since he just got his license so sometimes I have to order in. This has been the worst app to deal with since. Customer service sucks and they cancel your order. Great Company!

I don't order food that often through Postmates. But every single time I do, something is wrong with the order. Usually it's the other is wrong, or items are missing, the delivery person doesn't make it to the door, or I don't get my order at all. It's upsetting, because the tax and service fee are expensive. It's just not worth it. Multiple times I've reached out to get refunded, but I rarely even get a response.
