Ratings and reviews

Using the app to pay your bill is difficult due to the final screen check box is too close to the text. While attempting to finalize payment by checking the check box (which is hard to do because of the lack of spacing between the check box and the statement requiring the user to check the box) you are sent to an explanation page. Very frustrating. I've run into this several times.

The checkbox to 'authorize payment' is way too close to the link that let's you read the disclaimer etc. When I use this app, I have to touch the checkbox to 'authorize payment' & it selects the disclaimers & then I have to go back & try again. This happens about a dozen or so times until I get lucky & it selects the 'authorize payment' checkbox. This is enough to stop me from using this app altogether. It can be easily fixed though. We'll see if that's done though...

The app is great compared to making your payments on the website. You can use a debit card and the payment comes out faster than it would if you pay online which is really frustrating waiting for them to take your payment out and if your like me and live paycheck to paycheck it can really mess your account up if it comes out when another bill comes out. Definitely recommend the app.
