easy to use and understand. straight tonthe point, simple p2p payments, easy to load, and easy to use online and in store. Newly updated to verify identity with social, so theres no multiple accounts. hopefully that means if you lose your phone or cannot get into your account, its easier to get Into, unlike how it has been. not sure about that part yet.

This app runs pretty clean, the account is free, and the verification is simple and quick. Adding two simple features would greatly improve this app in the largest way. 1) Adding a drop-down list to each itemized transaction listed so that users may choose basic description options such as: gift, donation, rent, bill, etcetera. 2) I'm confused why this isn't an option already, adding the ability to request a refund from the seller with a text box to enter why a refund is requested.

I believe Cash App is safe and easy to use. I've never had any problems yet. When I send money, I make sure that's where I'm to send it by not clicking buttons so fast. I slow down and take some double looks. Now, there is a three day (I believe) period before you can get your money sent to your bank without a charge when someone sends you money. This can be a problem if you need your money right away. Other than that, it's a great way to send and receive money.
