Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work at all. I have all the updates. I've tried over the last 2 weeks to add a gift card and it said something went wrong. We just used it in store and didn't get the points on the app. I try to order pick up on multiple occasions and it says no stores can be found even though there are multiple within a mile or two. Useless app. I have no choice but to ditch this app and stick to Dutch Bros since it's actually reliable and works!

How has nobody started a class action against them yet? you cant use gift card balance and pay the difference. instead, if your purchase goes over the gift card balance you either cannot use the gift card or must "reload" it with a minimum of 10 dollars. This is illegal. It means you literally can never use the full amount of money you've spent on a gift card with the promise of it all going toward the place it was purchased for. Classic bait and switch tactic and is going to cost them a lot.

I've noticed that I've been double charged for mu orders over the last six months. Wasn't sure til yesterday when I had less than $2 and reloaded funds to pay. remaining balance was less by twice the amount of my order. I'll be calling customer service. Just beware. update 1/01/26. called customer service and explained how ive been getting double charged. They saw where it recently occurred and referred it to research. of course, research didnt see it. Im out $50, at least, possibly more.
